Leslie,
    as a user of AOL, I was not offended by your posting.  I am aware of odd 
things that seem to be specific to the ISP, and I would prefer to be aware of 
them.  What you reported DID seem like it was more likely the result of virus 
than AOL service, but your basic message to be patient and to respond to 
emails timely did seem like fair comment.
