My Oregon Bowens became disheartened with the hardscrabble life of ranching 
in Eastern Oregon in about 1904 and moved off to Petaluma California so there 
could be a connection.  However, having said that I have no mention of the 
husband anywhere in my information so I cannot be sure.  Forgive me for fishing 
but I am as inclined to enjoy reading of your fishing as I am to do my own.
