It does get kind of tiresome when people can't remember that they ever joined this list and suddenly wonder why they are getting messages and then they don't know how to get off (unsubscribe) from it.

I got a message giving me a password and information which I put in a subscription folder.  If you do no longer have this information:

with the text "help" in the subject or body, and you will be emailed
instructions.  Make certain that the word "request" is used in the above address.
