[or-roots] Howard family

Sorry.....the Charles Howard I have goes way back to mid-1600's, no Brewer's either. My Howard's came from the NY area,  I have a Edward Wayne Howard, he was born in Oregon the late 1800's.   I laughed when I read your email, the remark about prison and six different names.  My gggrandfather was a bit bent also.

  I'm looking for Charles Howard.  He was born in Kentucky in 1885, was in Umatilla county in 1908, married Rachel Brewer in 1915 and took off never to be seen again, by his family that is.  I do have prison records for him from 1908 to 1930 under six different names.  Do you have any Charles or Edward Howards in your family tree?
