Carylon,
    I agree just because I live outside the city limits why should I have to 
pay for something that have already paid for with my tax dollars.  Sometimes 
these do gooders get a little to greedy after what is a lousy $60 anyway. I bet 
they don't take in enough to pay for the trouble it takes to collect it.
   We pay 1.5 million for our library and it has fewer book in it than the 
local second hand book store does. A huge building with a tiny spot in one 
corner for books. I wonder what they think a library is anyway. 
Well, that's my gripe for the month.
