Cindy:
Believe you're right on Benjamin F. I show him married in 1859 to Sarah
Cowles, and have them with two sons, William (born in 1859) and Eugene (DOB
?). But there could well have been a third. And a little more looking in the
files does show him (Benjamin F) in Monterey Co, CA in 1900. Also, as an
aside, Family Treemaker has Benjamin F as a second cousin three times
removed. I guess that qualifies him as a distant cousin.
