Bob, a good place to check is www.abebooks.com which is a website that is 
somewhat of a clearinghouse for independent booksellers, large and small.  I just 
ran a quick search using "Almanac" as the name of the annual and Franklin 
High School as the keywords.  There are a number of yearbooks listed from 1931 
thru 1957 but none of the years you are looking for at this point.  You might 
also consider posting a query to the bulletin board under the Franklin High 
School at the www.classmates.com website.  Good luck!
