[or-roots] Weather in Salem Area

Sorry about that last message.  It's midnight, Wed/Thurs.  The Salem-Keizer 
School Super. canceled school Tomorrow (Thurs) as of 9:30 tonight.  The roads 
are improving, but there is residual ice now that the temp has dropped again.  
Hopefully things will be back on  track Friday.
