  I think he is in the main graveyard downtown two blocks from the center of town go the main gate walk two rows down then turn left and go four rows then turn right and go 6 rows then right again for 2 rows right again 3 rows left 3 rows then turn south for 3 rows then west 1 then south 1 then ask the gaurd at the gate how to get back to your car.
