[or-roots] Soooo Many e-mails?

I haven't been getting duplicates. At least my memory doesn't remember them!
There have been a lot more mail than usual recently. In some cases the
response is at the top of the e-mail and some people put their response at
the bottom and so I do see the old message first and it only seems like I am
getting the same one more than once. I prefer the new part of the message at
the top because it is easier to find. If I need to be reminded what they are
responding to, I can usually scroll down to see it.
