Was this located near Fossil?  A goggle search brings up http://www.pasturegolf.com/kinzua.htm which is a golf course now.  It has a picture of what is left of what was the millpond.

  I too lived in Kinzua-about 1941 and in Camp 5 as well.  I was very young.  Do you have any other stories about the area?  I understand that it has been purchased by someone with a great deal of money and the roads have been closed and you cannot even go near the place now.
