[or-roots] Help Please Need Delayed Birth Certificate From Archives

The delayed birth certificates are on microfilm and can be ordered
through the Family History Centers near you. The LDS Church microfilmed
them while at the Oregon State Archives. The collection is quite
sizable. The records are filmed in chronological order, not
alphabetical.
