Hi Judy,
Here is my Ruddle line.  My Dad and several others have taken our Ruddle line back to John Ruddle in 1695.  However the spouses' lines are pretty sparse.  I would love to know if you are related.  Thanks for your reply.

John Ruddle (b. 1695 England) married Mary COOK (b. abt 1695 Delaware) in 1715 in Pennsylvania.  He died 1781 in Virginia.

John and Mary's sixth child was Isaac Ruddle (b. 1729 Pennsylvania).  He married Elizabeth BOWMAN (b. 1736/7 Virginia) in 1750 in Virginia.

Isaac and Elizabeth's sixth child was Stephen A. Ruddle (b. 1768 Virginia).  He married Susanna C. DAVID (b. 1780 Virginia or at sea) in 1809 in Kentucky.  He died in 1845 in Illinois.

Stephen A. and Susanna's third child was Stephen Duley Ruddle (b. 1816 in Kentucky).  He married Keziah C. SMITH (b. 1811 Illinois) in 1835 in Illinois.  He died 1891 in Olympia, Washington.

Stephen D. and Keziah's second child was William Hendry Ruddle (b. 1839 Illinois).  He married Helen Zephryine HIMES (b. 1848 Illinois) in 1864 in Washington.  He died in  1903 in Elma, Washington.

William and Helen's first child was Cornelia Emeline Ruddle (b. 1865 Washington).  She married Charles Lewis WENZELL (b.1853 Ohio) in 1883 in Washington.  She died in 1945 in Longview, Washington.

  which ruddle line are you working on?  my mother was once married to a man named Ruddle who came from the Lewiston Idaho Area.  I have a little information on his family if it will assist you.
