Carla - are you deleting your "cookies" - otherwise, I don't know why you would have to download the
advanced viewer. I did have to this past week, but it was because I had cleaned up my cookies. Also, it
appears they have upgraded the viewer recently, so you would have had to then, as well.
 
I don't know about the images. As I noted, sometimes one set are better than another, but remember "gigo"
- some of the originals are pretty bad. But the new viewer certainly is better.
