MessageI didn't see any complete answers about the Washing Death Index so I'll take a stab at it.

As someone else pointed out, the years 1940-1996 are on-line at Ancestry.com.  To my knowledge, nobody had produced a CD like was done for Oregon.

Other than the Ancestry.com source, you can only search on microfilm, at LDS Family History Centers that have those films in their holdings, and a few local libraries.  Since there are so many rolls of film involved, I doubt that many libraries have them.
