We still have an old fashioned butcher here, I get my supplies from him, he is a master BBQ`er too <G>
   His lean is so lean you have to add an egg to make a burger.

  Actually you can't really get hamburger any more. hamburger was the left over meat at the end of the day all ground up inyo one big pile
