This is from the OREGON DEATH INDEX. A copy could be
ordered from the State Archives. Depending on how much information the
surviving informant had, you could get her date and place of birth, date and
place of death, place of burial (which you already have), parent's names,
and name of the informant which sometimes gives you a clue to name of
another relative. Do you live in Oregon?
This Hazel Cornell may not be your grandmother, do you
know her date of death?
Personal Information
Name: Miller, Bertha J
County: Umatilla
Death Date: 12 D 1948
Certificate: 14033
Name Death Date Death County Certificate Comment
Cornell, Hazel M 17 Apr 1949 Lane 3997
Good luck!
Sue
