[or-roots] Delays

Like I;ve said befor Cecil, I think it's gremlins in the system. I got half
a dozen old emails last week from the list, I don't remember exactly how old
but I think it was weeks (more than one anyway) I started to archive them
(well dump them in the folder they will probably sit in forever) and decided
they looked familiar and checked, sure enough I had already received all of
them once before.

I also am pretty sure I see answers here to questions that didn't come
through.

Aint puters wonnerul!

I'm not sure what is happening, but some incoming messages are being delayed
from a few minutes to several days.  I know my ISP (Cox Cable), is now
screening ALL e-mail for spam and virus attachments.  This filtering is
optional on Cox (I can turn it on/off), but I can't speak for other ISP's.
