Just one of my mentions about the exclusions of History =>
 I know it was left out because of the personal reasons
 and why 
and that was best I guess,

 but also to those who are related to Walt have a right to know why.

    Lots of Historical records about the trail may tell ,
but then it is hard to find when they do not know what they are looking for.

    I guess lots of families thought the same and saved from writing about certain people.
I wonder what other source people would use ?

  You will notice that there is no notice of any of the Applegate family, my family has had an on going fued with the Applegates for more 150 years over who did what on the trail. So if you want know about Applegates you will have to get another source.
