I'm not sure what Webb list you refer to.  I am active on the following:

I haven't been able to find any info on my father's family after his father.

My father:

LeRoy Webb b.1893 1894, near Waco, Tx.
   Siblings: Annie Roberta,abt 1891, Ga.
             Ada, b.1839, Dalton, Ga
             John Wesley, b.1887, Clearwater, Ga
             Edwin Augustus, b.1885, Ga.(Dalton)
             Sibyl , 1883, Dalton, ga
             Florence, b.1880, Ga.
             Palace (male), 1876, Dalton, Ga
             Zonia, b.1875, Ga.
             Minnie, b.1874, Ga.
             Sameul W., b. 1873, Dalton, Ga.
             Naithan William, b.1867-1869, Ga.

The above siblings father was:
            John Wesley Webb, B.1843-1845, N.C.
            m. Lora (Lara, ) Anglin  in Elijay, Ga.

I have a photo showing John Wesley and his father, also named John, (they fought
together in the Civil War).  They might have been in the Georgia group.

One of John Wesley's daughters says John Wesley was born in Illinois as his
father was.

I haven't been able to find any records in Ga. or N.C.
