I was unable to figure out where this is because there are four Lake Creeks
in Josephine County and two in Jackson county. I have posted a query on the
query page of the folks that you found that info on, but have no idea if and
when a response will come. If you felt like bothering some folks the web

Has a list of folks in that group and their surnames, you might find a name
you are looking for in that cemetery and contact that person and see if they
either have the info you want or can tell you about the cemetery. If you are
feeling particularly bold, you could just ask one of them where the heck is
it?
