[or-roots] How to unsubscribe/subscribe

Sorry, folks, but I'm changing e-mail addresses and can't find the 
instructions on how to unsubscribe/subscribe.  I certainly don't want to be one of those 
poor souls who sends an "unsubscribe" message over and over and brings 
reaction from the entire list! 

Will someone please send instructions to my new e-mail,
