[or-roots] Cox Road outside of Roseburg

My husband and I were traveling to Roseburg this weekend, and maybe 10 miles 
out of Roseburg I noticed a "Cox Road".  Does this ring a bell for anybody, 
and do they know which Cox it is named for?  We took the route around 
through Elkton & Drain and found my great grandparents graves as well as 
other descendants which was nice, but I am still curios about "Cox Road" as 
that was their last name.
