[or-roots] Marriage Certificate Vs Return of Marriage

Return of marriage shows the date and place the couple were married
and by who.

Marriage Certificate is a formal form the couple keep for their
records.

Marriage License don't have the date of marriage or place.

That's 3 different forms.
