You're in luck. Edith Alice Duncan Dye applied for a delayed birth certificate - Case #2606/48146, born February 14, 1902 Douglas County. A copy would be available through the State Archives.

Oregon Death Index:

d. 16 Nov 1970
County: Douglas (Reedsport)
age 99 (in another thing I saw he was born 2 Aug 1899, Aurora Lawrence Co., Missouri)

Spouse: Edith
Edith Ali Dye (limited # characters)
d. 16 Jan 1971
County: Douglas
Cert #71-00283
Birth Date: Feb 1902
1930 Federal Census
Marshfield, Coos County, Oregon

Oregon's Marriage Index covers 1906-1920 and I didn't find anything there.

I'm having trouble finding information about my aunt Edith Alice Duncan, b abt 1900 +/- 10 years. her husband was Alonza John DYE (or John Alonza DYE) I'm pretty sure they were married in Oregon and I know that he was born in Oregon, His Father Was Alonzo (Lon) Dye b. abt 1874. In particular I'm trying to find Alice's Maiden name or her father's name and dates.
Anyone help?
