[or-roots] Probate?

I have been tracking an uncle, Richard Frank Clark, and found his marriage
to Dorothy Mable Clark sometime in 1933 or 1934.  He died in 1959, she died
in 1994.  They had a daughter Gloria who never married.  She died in 2002.
At the time of her death, Gloria was still living in the family home.

I am now trying to find out who got the home when she died and what they did
with the family genealogy (if any) and pictures.  I don't know of any other
children that Richard and Dorothy had.

How would I be able to find out who is living in the home now?
