Next time you come to Portland plan a trip to Multnomah County office near MLK and Morrison Bridge on the SE part of Portland.  Once you find a place to park enter the building proceed straight ahead past the information desk to the county office that has all the deed records for Multnomah county.  In my searches I have taken an address and trace backwards to every owner of a particular address in question.  The Multnomah County charges 25 cents a copy for each page and accepts cash or check only.

If your not in a hurry I have to be in that part of Portland on Thursday and could look up that address.
