Hi Cheryl,
Olaf (also O.I. and Olif) was born in Oregon but I don't know when he was married all I know is that address and some say Marile was a man others say a women and if she was that she was placed in a convent at an early age.
My grandfather Olof born 1855 had a wife and 8 children in Sweden, went to San Francisco in the 1884's to 1890's to earn money for them, but married a pomo Indian Lottie Hall and had two children Olaf and Esther Peterson born 1901/7/8 in Mendiceno County, California.
Lottie Hall was killed in the 1906 earthquake in San Francisco.
Olof Peterson my grandfather moved with Esther his daughter and her children to Fresno, California. I found them in the 1920 US Census, but Olaf was not shown at that time.
I found in 1915 Olaf Peterson shown in the San Francisco Directory working as a pile driver living at 33 Gladys San Francisco, may or may not have been him.
He was again found in 1924 and 1928 in obituaries for his father and again for his sister.
I have also attached a dated list.
Again thank you for your help
Erick

Hi Erick,

I could do a little research for you if you still need someone. It would
not be until sometime next week.

Do you know where Olaf Peterson, Jr. was born in 1899? That would narrow
the choices for the 1900 census.

Do you know who Olaf Peterson, Jr. married? And where or when?

Was Marile (sp?) Peterson married? Or was that the name she was listed
under in North Bend? Do you know what year that address was current?

Happy New Year,
Cheryl
