[or-roots] Umatilla lookups

I probably have offered this before without finding anything, but just ran
across the following book on Heritage Quest and am willing to look folks up
there, it is indexed for at least Umatilla and Morrow county and has some
interesting bios, just read one on a McVay I didn't need.
