Hi Donna,
I have access to the images.  Here's what's onthe 1930 census.
Arizona, Maricoba County, "Phoenix City", Precinct 26,  April 9th, 1930
They lived at 1350 E. Polk Street.

Isteed, Carl,  head, R, 40, M, W, 37, m, 34, yes, yes, Canada-English, 
Canada-English, Canada-English -English, 00, 43, V, 1922, AL, yes, Mechanic, 
automobile, 7623, W, yes, no
Isteed, June,  wife,             F, W, 30, m, 27,   no, yes, Illinois, 
France, France,   61, 12, o,   yes,  corsetiere, ladies shop, 7706, W, yes

So, Carl rented his home for $40.  He was 37 on his last birthday, is 
married, age at first marriage was 34, attended school or college since 
9/1/1929, is able to read and write, his father, mother and himself are from 
Canada.  English is the mother tongue spoken before coming to the USA.  The 
00, 43, V and June's 61, 12, o are office code.  Year of immigration was 
1922.  He was an alien, not naturalized, and able to speak english.  The 
7623 and June's 7706  are more office code.  Yes Carl is working.  No he's 
not a veteran.

June was 30, married, age at first marriage was 27.  She did not attend 
school in the last year, and is able to read and write.  She was born in 
Illinois, her mother and father in France.  She can speak english.  She's a 
corsetier in a ladies shop.  Class of worker is W and yes she is working.
