[or-roots] TIFF photos not accepted for GPPs

Oh yes, I use it all the time. Just a level below Adobe Photoshop Essentials.

I use Adobe to edit. I use Irfanview to check on photos during uploading to 
gravestones.org sites to keep track of what had been done.

Irfanview is at a disadvantage when it comes to custom-rotation to get
photos straight - it blurs somewhat while Adobe keeps it sharp.

Irfanview's software file size is so small and efficient. You need to play 
around with it to understand how it works.
