[or-roots] Heritage Quest Access

To my knowledge, Heritage Quest isn't available thru Ancestry.  I'm an
Ancestry subscriber and their offerings don't seem to include that.

I wanted Heritage Quest access badly, so long ago, I asked around amongst
friends in large cities, that held library memberships, but weren't using
any of their library's on-line services.  I finally found a couple, that
were willing to give me their library card number.  Now I can access
Heritage Quest and several other databases from any computer in any city.
