If anyone has relatives there we would be glad to investigate. You also, might contact the Bowman Museum, in Prineville, as they were working on a county cemetery project.

Good morning, I don't recall names or fence, it has been sometime since we were over there. We had to walk up a bank, they are visible by the road, quite a distance from the Forest Service buildings, at least 3 miles or so. I think it is time to revisit the area.

      Good morning,

Does anyone know information about a grave site past Prineville? The road the site is on takes off of highway 26 to the right about 15 miles from Prineville, and then you travel a few miles, if I remember right it is less than 10 miles, the gravesite is on the right, next to the road. There is a yellow rose planted there plus several crosses, I have always wondered who these people were and what the story was.
