You are right, in 1910 he was in Toledo and in the census Christina and Edna are living with him and their information indicates their mother was born in Oregon.  The second wife and daughter, Helen, are not listed on the census with him.  I didn't find anything in the Oregon Marriage Index or Oregon Death Index, also nothing in the Historical Index in the State Archives.

In the 1880 census Dennis L. Cusack is in Paris, Kent, Michigan with his family.

Do you know who Christina and Edna married?  With their married name you might be able to find them in the Oregon Death Index and perhaps their mother's name will be on the death certificate.
