I believe from talking to Ancestry.com that this is just a search engine
that they are using at this time to find records for you. They look at the
records in the data bases and pull the information together. The records are
available without a subscription unless you do not want to look for yourself
 I think it is just another rip off! The record you show most likely came
from census information.

On Ancestry.com someone has submitted information on Dennis L. Cusack but it
s in the "One World Tree" which requires an add on to the regular
subscription which I don't have.  Maybe someone who has that subscription

Seems these girls were living with their step-father.
 
Their real names were CARLSON and I had them already without realizing it:
    Mary Christina CARLSON, b. 14 Feb 1901
    Edna Elizabeth CARLSON, b. 20 Apr 1904
 
I'm still needing to know about Dennis L. CUSACK though, but not about an
assumed forst wife - just his death.
