Albert: I believe my GGGrand Father was on the OT but I have no Proof. His name was Joseph B. Goodman b.abt 1819 in IN, and was in Oregon up to 1875 Near Umitilla OR.  His Son Thomas P. Goodman b.1841 in KY was also most likely on OT, and married Susan Bryant abt 1850.

Welcome aboard.  Do you have any Oregon Trail ancestors of 1851? My wife's BLANCHARD ancestors were on that trek.  I have been working on a project on that particular migration for 18 years, and have landed a publisher. There were CLARK families on the Trail that year.
