Tom, I find nothing in the index of the Centennial History of Oregon on any
of these names.  Here's some info I found on line, maybe you already have
this.

In the 1900 census Herbert and Minnie Inskeep are in Clackamas County.
Lists his birth as Ohio Sep 1849, married 22 years.  Minnie is listed as
born Oct 1852 in Germany.  Thomas L., Son, Born Aug 1886 in California and
Emma V., daughter, born Aug 1888 in California and nephen, Lawrence
Dierizger b. Jan 1885 in Oregon.  Beaver Creek Precinct.

There is also a George B. Thomas, age 74, born Missouri, in Clackamas
County.  Sievers Creek Precinct.

Minnie Inskeep is listed in the Oregon Death Index, d. 25 April 1928,
Clackamas County, Certificate #160.  Copy of death certificate would be
available from the Oregon State Archives.
