[or-roots] Baker cemeteries lookup?

Does anyone on the list have a cemetery publication for Baker, Oregon?

I'm looking for the burial of William S. Mulkey - he apparently died before 1900 and one family researcher had heard that he died in Baker.  He was born in 1835 in Missouri, came to Oregon - mostly living in Benton county.
