I checked Oregon Geographic Names and could not find a listing. I Googled 
and came up with Manlius, NY  http://www.townofmanlius.org/  Even with 
Googling "Manlius, Oregon" (without the quotes) I still got back New York. 
So unless it was a really tiny town and not significant enough to list in 
the OGN...it must be in New York State. Hope this helps.

Does this name ring a bell with anyone? Was there a small town of this name 
in Oregon at one time? I have been asked this question because a cousin 
found it in some of her old papers.
