Yes Nancy;

They are found in Pendleton, in fact that was where I tracked down the new
variation Lavradore to try in the index, I have so far come up with
Lavadore, Lavador, Lavadour, Laverdore and Lavredore TODAY!

Unfortunately none of these have worked nor did a number of other
variations, but not finding the Seldons is really adding insult to injury, I
even resorted to searching Cal Oregon and Washington for Thomas without any
surname and the closest I got was Sheldon, who was a miner in California,
but even he disappears in 1870 and 1880 as far as I can tell, just no sign
of any of them???

PS;

The Lavadores by any spelling are all over the place, my primary focus is
the ones in Douglas Co however, but they seem to move around a lot. Emelie's
baby bro's daughter Grace bears one child in Pendleton in 1911 the next one
in Galesvill 1912 and then she dies in Pendleton a year later.

I don't know much about this Lavadour family up around Pendleton, Oregon
area,
.. ..Wildhorse Casino?, Warm Springs Indian Reservation? They are native
american & french.

My sister has just mentioned them one time to me long time ago & she said
something about 4 bothers & one brother in there family &  1was shot &
killed off his Motor-Cycle a few years back, up that way>> (Pendleton).
Just telling how I remember right off the top of my head. All I know really,
not sure on spelling of there name.
I would have to look it up some.
But anyway, I know that Lavadour Family is up that way Pendleton, Oregon
area.
I feel silly mentioning them, because I don't know much, only that I have
heard there last name is all...
....Not much help at all, Sorry.
