[or-roots] Researching Alex Hamilton, Portland 1850-1930

If anyone is researching the names Alexander Hamilton, Elizabeth C. 
Chandler, Anna Balch (the famous Anna), and their descendants in Portland in 
the mid 1800s onward, I would like to share data with them.  Alex was my grt 
grandfather's brother.  He emigrated 1843, settled in OH for a short time, 
then moved to Iowa, then OR by 1852.
