[or-roots] Posting format

All right already, we flogged that horse to death; in point of fact there
are genealogy lists with very rigid rules for posting queries, where if you
do not follow the format, your query will never see the light of day, other
lists are much more fanatic about bumping folks who get off topic, here
things are a little more lax, that doesn't mean it is right.

I have spent an hour chasing what I could come up with because somebody
posted something like so and so married to such and such; help, only to find
that most of what I found they already knew. I spent an hour and a half
chasing a surname only with two wives given names, fruitlessly, before
asking for more info, I never did get any specific time frame to hunt in, so
I did no further work, I am only willing to expend so much effort on will o
wisps. Usually I won't go near that far, but the surname this person had was
very unusual.

But name calling is definitley not cool.
