[or-roots] Gravemarker Photos not released - why?

This is a followup and I checked to find why.
Barb Wulf, you were sent a message from me listing all the photos having
BLANK comment boxes the SAME DAY you submitted. We do not read the
gravemarkers for you. We can't even read half of them at all. You were
asked if you have better readable ones instead of the ones you submitted.
You were requested to send direct to me the information as stated on
gravemarkers to be included before the photos can be released. That is why
these 10 photos were not released.
Check out Lane County, by Barbara Herring. She has done fanastic job of
supplying additional information about the individuals buried under the
ones she took photos of.
That is the gist of information we need to include with the photos.
