As of  8:15 a.m. today, the six published volumes of the Roster and Record
of Iowa Troops in the Rebellion by Guy E. Logan has been uploaded to the
Civil War website.  An improvised Table of Contents has been created since
the set was not indexed to help you locate the different segments.  Give
Freefind a few days to reindex the site and you should be able to look up
your own Civil War soldiers as well.

And yes, I know it says Principle not Principal in the first entry  but if
you click on the link, you will see that is how Guy E. Logan spelled it.
These pages were originally scanned pages so they are identical to the words
used by Mr. Logan.  The titles used on the Table of Contents were cut and
pasted from the originals.
