[or-roots] rememberance books

That is a real nice idea.

I was to read my dad's eulogy or whatever at his funeral and my siblings and
I kicked the text around by email for a few days and I assumed someone at
that end was going to make a final draft so showed up empty handed. I had to
wing it from memory. It was a little bit better then though not much, but I
had studied the drafts enough I got most of it, afterwards sent the whole
family copies of what it was I was "supposed" to have said.

I have a two page story of my life I did for genealogy society which I am
pretty proud of, maybe if I see it coming I can add to that for my demise.

I am starting a book of me
The thought is at my funeral there will be a book about me, made by me, to
show what I thought was important in my lfe.

It is so hard to do one of these rememberance books at the time of grief, so
am doing it now. No I do not think that I will die anytime soon but no since
in waiting and have one of my kids do one. May not like it
