david:  i was well aware of what you were speaking of. the fact remains
that 
i will not donate to any section of the lds church.  this is purely a 
personal preference.  on another subject, sort of, the records of the
lds 
church are really a mess.  the only thing they are interested in is to
put 
down what i have in the ancestral file.  or i should say, ten years ago
this 
is what they would have done with it, and i have heard nothing
different. 
anyway, this section of my gene. work will go to my cousin and both her
and 
her husband are genealogists.  she teaches classes on the subject.  when
it 
belongs to her, she is free to do with it whatever she desires.  i will
not 
have any power over theses items.  i was lucky enough to find an
attorneywho 
covers all this.
