They are undoubtedly as frightening and helpless a situation as I ever hope  
to be in.  Fortunately, we have never lost our home but do know people who  
have.  Insurance is a good thing at such times.  Recall that the last  one we 
had was about 1991 and it happened mid October.  In other words,  wherever you 
are, if its dry don't relax just yet.
