[or-roots] old Portland area addresses

I've seen that book at the Oregon Hysterical Society Library in Portland.  It does NOT cover everything.  I have an address for my mother in Portland circa 1928.  That house cannot be found.

  About 1930/31 Portland changed the street names.  The third floor of the main library has a reference book that show the changes.
