[or-roots] Jantzen Beach and the Vanport Flood

Oops, I stand corrected. I left Portland in 1949 and  didn't remember Jantzen 
Beach survived that long

Jantzen Beach wasn't wiped out with the Vanport complex.  I rode the  
rollercoaster ca 1965. I don't think the park closed until 1969 or  1970.
