Austin and Francis are on the 1930 census in Fossil, Wheeler County, Oregon
with son, Marvin, and daughter, Sheila.  Francis' age is listed as 30.
There is a Frances/Francis in the 1900 Linn county census with Lewis and
Ester Chastain and that indicates she was born in Aug 1899.  How sure are
you of the 1892 birth date that you had?  I can send a copy of that census
off list for you if you want it.

Do you have the copy of Austin's WWI Draft registration card?
